Alternating arms
Technique

  • Lie on your back, bend your knees at hip-joint width, raise your hands up in front of you.
  • As you inhale, bring your right hand back and your left hand forward, lowering it down without touching the floor.
  • As you exhale, alternate movements.
  • Keep your arms tense throughout the entire approach.
  • Perform the exercise at a slow pace.

Repeat 16 times.

Arms extension
Technique

  • Stand and raise your arms up.
  • As you exhale, lower them down, bending at the elbows, to a line parallel to the floor.
  • As you inhale, return to the starting position.
    Repeat the exercise 16 times.

Boat
Technique

  • Lie down on your stomach and pull your arms forward.
  • Take a breath, push your chest off the floor, lift your chest and reach for your arms.
  • As you exhale, lower yourself and relax.

Perform 15 times.

Technique

  • Lie on your stomach and spread your arms out to your sides.
  • As you inhale push your chest off the floor and rise up.
  • As you exhale, lower yourself.

Repeat 15 times.
